In a compassionate & caring manner I will help you to work through your unresolved issues & to resolve your personal problems. I truly believe that at your innermost level you know the way to help yourself. As a trained & experienced professional, I will be there to help facilitate this process & navigate it with you every step of the way.

My clinical work is devoted to both short & long term psychotherapy with individuals, couples, families, children, teens, & adults. I work with a broad range of concerns including depression, anxiety, loss, divorce, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, stress, behavioral disorders, addictions, victims of domestic violence & other abuse situations. Since I believe that self empowerment is a critical aspect of healing, I assist my clients to empower themselves.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC Intern Supervisor, Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator, Certified Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR) Facilitator, Certified Senior TIR Trainer, Certified Life Stress Reduction (LSR) Facilitator, Certified LSR Trainer, Certified Cognitive Behavior Therapist, Certified Senior LSR Trainer, Certified Ability Enhancement Facilitator & Trainer. I also do family mediation.

I am a specialist in a technique called Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR) which is used to treat trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety & other adversities. I train & supervise psychotherapists internationally to utilize this technique in their therapy sessions.
